With summer in full swing, Pleasant Hill has plenty of activities lined up for kids and families to enjoy! Whether you're looking for some water fun or outdoor adventures, there are options for all ages and interests.
Aquatics and Swimming Lessons
- Join the Aquatic Classes - Splash 'N Dash Camp (6/17-6/20/24) for ages 8-12, or the Adult/Teen Swim Lessons (7:00 pm - M-Th) for ages 12+, from 6/17 to 6/20.
- For ages 3-4, register for the Water Skills and Safety Awareness (12:30 pm -M-Th) from 6/17 to 6/20, or the 11:30 am version.
- Ages 3-4 can also join the Water Skills and Stroke Development (4:30 pm -M-Th) lessons from 6/17 to 6/20.
- For ages 4-6, check out the Learn Water Safety and Stroke Development from 6/17 to 6/20.
- Int./Adv. Swim Lessons are available at 10:00 am and 11:00 am, while beginners can try the 10:00 am level, all from 6/17 to 6/20.
- Open to ages 3+, Personalized Instruction for All Ages (12:00 pm - Mon-Th) runs from 6/17 to 6/20.
- For families, take part in the Parent/Tot - Water Adjustment Through Songs (11:30 am - M-Th) from 6/17 to 6/20.
Outdoor and Summer Rec Camps
- For ages 5-8, the Rookie Camp - Tailor-made fun for all summer long runs from 6/18 to 7/11.
- Try the Summer Rec Camp at College Park High School, available for ages 7-10 from 6/18 to 7/11.
- For ages 10-13, the Sports Medley at College Park High School is offered from 6/18 to 7/11.
- Enroll in the popular Skyhawks Camps - Summer Baseball Camp for ages 8-12 from 6/17 to 6/21.
- Teens aged 10-6 can join the Teen Xtreme Summer Camp from 6/17 to 6/21.
- Skyhawks Camps - Summer Volleyball Camp is available for ages 6-9 from 6/17 to 6/21.

- Visit the Summer Reading Exploration Stations on 6/18 for an interactive learning adventure at the Contra Costa County Library.
