To get the most out of the yoga practice, come with an empty stomach and wear comfortably loose clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
No registration is required. Attendees must complete an activity waiver form upon arriving at the event in order to participate.
Akila Padmanabhan is a yoga teacher pursuing a diploma in yoga therapy. She began her yoga journey over 5 years ago and has been teaching wellness yoga, prenatal yoga, and therapy yoga classes for kids and adults.
