Hajime! (Begin!) Fun tumbling and jumping exercises precede our learning to fall effortlessly. We can hold a person down, even if they are bigger, and throw someone upside down safely. Respect, discipline; sweating and smiling. There is an $111 fee for uniform payable to the Instructor at the first class. No class on 11/29/2024.
