Classical Japanese samurai sword art that is over 450 years old. Develop awareness, calm mind, mental and physical harmony, and achieve victory without having to unsheathe the sword. These skills are just as relevant today as centuries ago. Beginners welcome! 2 class per week option! Students may attend both Th. and Sat. classes.
