Youth Level 3

Ages 6-14


Youth 3 swim lessons will continue the progression of skills that swimmers have learned in previous levels to learn side breathing for freestyle and gain endurance to swim longer distances. They will also learn more water safety skills to keep them safe in pool and open water environments. These are group classes with a ratio of 1 instructor for up to 6 students.


Level 3 participants will learn how to:
- Freestyle with side breathing
- Backstroke
- Elementary Backstroke kick
- Scissor kick with a kickboard for support
