Looking for ways to build more calm and less calamity? Using a sensory approach, this workshop series gives 6 different ways to help you and your child create the skills needed to self-soothe while building the bonds between you.

Week 2: The Magic of Breath ("magic" wands)

Week 3: The Feel of Silence (clay sculptures)

Week 4: The Color of Feelings (bubble paintings)

Week 5:  Peace In a Stone (bag for mindful stones)

Week 6: Peace In a Jar ("mind jar")
