Students will learn the basic techniques of the sport of Boxing, including proper stance and movement, proper punching technique as well as punch avoidance including blocks, slips, and ducks

Each 45 minute class will begin with a warm-up, followed by technique lessons, practice drills, cardio and strength conditioning, and stretching exercises. Boxing techniques will be practiced using bags, pads, and other equipment under supervision of the instructor. Curriculum will not include sparring.

This class is for ages 8-12. 

*Boxing gloves are not included in the course registration fee. Kids need gloves for this class, which can be purchased for $20 from instructor, Dedrick at [email protected].
