Wado Kai is a traditional style of Japanese Karate that teaches the fundamental skills of stances, kicks, punches and blocks. With an emphasis on skill development, coordination, fitness and self-confidence students will participate in katas-forms, partner drills and light sparring. 

"Weekly" allows for you to attend ONE CLASS PER WEEK. Sign up for unlimited if you would like to attend more than one class every week.

Note: Black belts are certified with Japan Karatedo Federation of Wado-Kai. All participants must bring proof of vaccination to the first class meeting.
