Wado Kai is a traditional style of Japanese Karate that teaches the fundamental skills of stances, kicks, punches and blocks. With an emphasis on skill development, coordination, fitness and self-confidence students will participate in katas-forms, partner drills and light sparring. Black belts are certified with Japan Karatedo Federation of Wado-Kai. 

Unlimited allows for you to attend any or all classes this month.
