This is our first level of structured gymnastics without parent participation. This class emphasizes fundamental gymnastics positions and basic skills on all gymnastics apparatus and floor exercises as well as gross motor skill activities, games, and individual movement exploration, emphasizing social as well as physical development. Parents will be able to view their children demonstrate what they have learned in class at the last five (5) minutes of class.
Attire: Clothing that your child can move freely in. No jeans.
