Art and learning meets innovation! Discover the power of creativity in envisioning solutions to environmental issues. We will be inspired by renowned artist activists like Andy Goldsworthy and Olafur Eliasson, and channel our imaginations into art projects that echo their impactful work. Using diverse materials, campers will express their ideas and emotions, transforming them into tangible solutions through the magic of creative problem-solving. Unleash the artist and climate advocate in you! Each camp is divided into 2 groups of 16 kids - We group children by age to the extent that we are able, but are happy to keep siblings together at your request. Check with your friends to find out which group they are in, and let us know if you need help accommodating.  Each group will do the same projects. After care is also available from 3-6 pm for $20/hour, where we can continue the creativity!Kids in After Care enjoy the full range free time activities and may also paint additional pottery if parents designate a budget to do so (budgets noted at drop off and balance paid at pick-up).(Once a week of camp is in your cart, click "add participant" and you will be able to add After Care).Brushstrokes is following CDC and City of Berkeley Covid guidelines. At this time, we are moving to masks being optional and will make adjustments to that protocol as needed. We will continue to hold classes outside as weather permits and have good ventilation indoors. Monitoring for symptoms - Please do not bring your child to camp if they have experienced any of the following symptoms within 24 hours of the start of camp :  Fever or chills Sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing  Unusual fatigue, muscle or body aches New loss of taste or smell Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea Congestion or runny nose not caused seasonal allergies (please let us know if your child is experiencing allergy symptoms)
