Robotics Explorer will embark on a fascinating one-week journey into the world of Robotics Engineering and AR Coding.  This camp is organized into grade-specific groups: Grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. This camp is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC).No Prior Computer or Robotics Knowledge Required.Fun outdoor and indoor activities and plays are part of the camp experience.Future-Focused Learning: Imagine a world where you can remotely explore and interact with robots, from underwater adventures to outer space explorations. This is the exciting potential of combining Robotics Engineering with Holographic AR.Students will learn robot control and programming, sensor control and coding, and AR integration. Students can launch their robots remotely and teleport into the robot world. With Holographic AR, they can teleport into the robot world to partner with their robots to solve problems and safeguard the world. This camp is a perfect blend of technical skill-building and creative exploration in robotics and AR.The following hardware will be provided in the camp for each student. Each grade group may work on different robots in the camp: Grades K-2: An enhanced Lego-like robotics system equipped with enhanced components and state-of-the-art programmable motor controls and wireless communication capability. Grades 3-5: A smart robot powered by an ESP32 chip, filled with various sensors, to learn about robotics sensors and sensor controls through programming. The ESP32 chip is a popular microprocessor used in both industrial and commercial robotics. Grades 6-12: A smart robot, featuring programmable sensors, Mecha Arms, and Mecanum Wheels with Omni Directional Tires, to explore sophisticated sensor technologies and advanced control systems. The camp curriculum includes: Introduction to Robotics Control Introduction to Robotics Sensors Introduction to Robotics Controls with Coding Introduction to AR Coding Interactive AR Coding for Robotics Sensors Build an integrated Robotics Adventure with AR Control What is the magic of Integem Robotics Camp over traditional robotics Camps? At this camp, students explore beyond the basics of robotics mechanics using a smart robot. Rather than relying on traditional joystick controls, they learn to program their robots for more automatic and intelligent actions. This hands-on experience in robotics programming is just the beginning.Coupled with the power of Holographic AR technology, the camp takes robotics to a next level. Students can launch and operate their robots remotely. They teleport into the remote world where robots perform tasks in hazardous environments while the students stay safely at home. Through Holographic AR, they can teleport into the robot world, gaining a unique perspective by remotely controlling their robots in these immersive environments. This interactive approach transforms the learning experience, making it more vivid, engaging, and fun, while also being deeply technical. Students are not just learning about current technologies; they are stepping into a future where robotics and AR intertwine to expand the boundaries of what's possible. Moreover, the camp fosters essential skills like problem-solving and attention to detail. As students see their programmed robots and AR creations come to life, they become more invested in understanding and refining their work. This process of observing, debugging, and improving their designs teaches persistence and adaptability, key traits for thriving in the world of technology.Students will learn the following:•Computer, keyboard, mouse, and Internet skills •Introductory Holographic AR concepts • Introductory Holographic AR logic • Introductory Holographic AR coding •Introductory Robotics Engineering •Introductory Robotics Coding • Introductory visual communication •Interactive storytelling •Debugging and Problem-solving •Introduction to Robotics Coding and Design ******************************Robotics Camp Safety Note: Mandatory Requirements for ParticipationPrioritizing Health and Safety: At our Robotics camp, ensuring the safety of each student is paramount. Given the nature of the activities and the diverse needs of our participants, we have established essential safety requirements: Handling Components with Care: All students are required to handle small parts with both hands, ensuring control and safety. It is mandatory to avoid putting any parts in the mouth. This is a strict requirement due to choking hazards and health concerns. Mandatory Adherence to Instructions: To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, it is essential that students follow the teacher's instructions at all times. This is not just for their own safety, but also for the safety of others in the class. Appropriate Behavior with Components: Students must handle all robotics components with care to prevent any damage or injury. Actions such as throwing parts are strictly prohibited and could lead to immediate removal from the camp. Important for Parents/Guardians: Please evaluate whether your child can safely adhere to these safety requirements. This is especially crucial if your may need additional support or accommodation. Our teachers strive to provide individual attention, but it is not possible to monitor each student every second. If you have concerns about your child's ability to adhere to these safety requirements, please contact us to discuss further.Adherence to these rules is non-negotiable and crucial for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. We are committed to creating a stimulating, educational, and safe environment, fostering a passion for technology and innovation.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in creating a safe learning space for all.Special Offer: Register today to receive a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription & Adobe AI featured EXPRESS Premier Suite (valued at $240) while supplies last!
