Learn fundamental skills to start playing the ukulele! In this 8-week class you will learn rhythms and strumming patterns for popular songs. Class members will learn to play basic chords and to play songs in folk, rock and Hawaiian styles. Topics covered: Rhythm fundamentals, tuning, ukulele care, and basic strums. Ukulele is required. A $15 material fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
