Fundamentals & Games

This class is designed to focus on core fundamentals to make you a complete player, with technical and tactical skills in all areas of the court. Our emphasis on fundamentals assures that our players are more balanced with superior control, touch, and power. All aspects of the game will be covered: grips, contact points, footwork, stances, core fundamentals of the serves. Additionally, each class will feature fast-paced and fun Gladiator games that allow you to test your technique and tactics against a variety of players at your level.

This level is designed for players new to the game or players with very little experience. Our teaching methods make the game fun and easy to learn. You will be able to learn skills necessary to rally the ball in the first hour of the first class.
