Join the Concord Library Pen & Ink Society this month on October 22nd at 4:00 p.m. We'll be celebrating Halloween by reading ghostly tales and scary stories. Feel free to read your own horror stories or share one of your favorite authors haunting resolutions. Costumes will be adored.
