We'll make lip-smacking experiments while exploring topics in food chemistry. Enjoy root beer ice cream as you learn about freezing point. Discover the science behind delicious rock candy. What’s not to love about a lesson on chocolates and mixtures. We’ll cook up density concoctions and create some fizz as we learn about CO2. Come Hungry! Note on allergy: we use various food ingredients including dairy and chocolates for our experiments. Strict hand washing procedures before each experiment, no sharing of plates and cutlery.
