KENDO is rooted in the sword fighting techniques of “SAMURAI." The martial art conditions the body and mind through traditional training, ignites self-improvement, and forges a warrior spirit. This class is for both those who recently graduated from the beginner course and experienced kendo practitioners. Instructor approval is required prior to enrollment.
