Make new friends and learn to cook an Italian Dinner. Students will eat what they cook. Our menu includes focaccia (bread), Insalata Caprese, Fettuccine A Ala Alfredo, Osso Bucco, Bowtie Pasta with Bolognese, Cannoli, Zucotto (whipped cream cake), and many more. Nutrition, along with kitchen and appliance safety is taught. We will learn how to wash dishes too! For more information, visit cwkf.org

Must wear closed-toed shoes to all classes. Please pull the hair back and secure it with an elastic band. Please let the instructor know before camp of any food allergies and or religious food observances.

Class Location: Veterans Memorial Building - 301 Main Street. Please enter the building through the side door entrance. The side door entrance is located along Old Bernal Avenue. Please be prepared to park in downtown Pleasanton and walk to class. Downtown can be busy at times depending on the day of week and time of day.
