Yoga and meditation for continuing students to help decrease stress and increase relaxation. Focus on strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and meditation. You will practice your synchronized breathing and body skills to help promote health and calm the mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat, thick blanket, two yoga blocks, a strap.
