Yoga and meditation for continuing students to decrease stress, increase relaxation, hone balance, strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and meditation skills. You will increase your awareness of synchronized body and breath. Increase your health and calm your mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat, a thick blanket, two yoga blocks, and a strap.
