Join our team of trained coaches as they lead a small group of 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade girls on an empowering journey. Through supportive connections and teamwork, our program inspires girls to set and achieve ambitious goals both on and off the track. Each practice combines engaging social-emotional lessons, fun movement games, and invigorating running workouts—all part of the nationally recognized Girls on the Run curriculum. From building confidence and resilience to fostering empathy and social connection, Girls on the Run equips girls with essential life skills. Plus, we'll celebrate our progress by completing a 5K distance together at the end of the season. Recognized by the Harvard Graduate School of Education as a top social-emotional learning (SEL) experience, Girls on the Run is more than just a running program—it's a transformative journey for girls to discover their inner strength and leadership potential.
