This in-person 'try-it' session is beginner level, introducing you to the basic practice of Yoga and its mind/body benefits. Learn foundational poses with proper forms for developing strength and flexibility. Start with a deep breathing exercise and end with relaxation to rejuvenate your mind and body. No experience required; just a desire to learn and participate. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Optional items to bring: yoga strap and yoga block.
