Have you ever wondered how you can be more eco-friendly at home? Composting is a great way to speed along the process of natural items breaking down, so they don’t contribute to landfills. The composting program is designed to educate participants on the benefits and ease of composting, while providing step-by-step guidance on how to compost at home. Join Park Staff as we learn about sustainable practices and how to reduce waste by composting at home!

While this program is FREE, space is limited, so registration is required.

All ages welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If signing your child up for this program, please ensure to sign yourself up as well.

The Nature Learning Center is located in Central Park. Free parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. Enter the Aqua Adventure Waterpark parking lot, continue to the end, and park near the 6 palm trees.
