LEGO Robotics League - Battles and Competitions

The Ultimate Robot-Battling Experience.Do you want to design your own battle robot and lead it to victory in our epic Robowars competitions? At the Lavner Robotics League Camp with LEGO® MINDSTORMS®, you can design, build, customize, and battle robots every day!Build Awesome Robots.On Monday, we divide campers into teams based on age and experience. In these teams, you’ll build your first robots. By the end of the day, you’ll engage in battle competitions against other teams in camp! Build from a variety of instructions or design your own robots from the ground up. Group requests can be made during online registration for camp.Test Your Robot in the Arena.Each day, you’ll be able to compete in battle and other events, such as races and obstacle courses. Within your team, take turns wirelessly controlling your team’s robot, while battling other robots in a variety of competitions.Competitions Ramp Up with New and Exciting Events Each Day.Your bot will go head-to-head with the other competitors’ robots. Who will prevail? The Robowars Grand Finals take place at the end of the week!Upgrade Your Robot.After challenges and battles, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with your team to review the performance of your robots and make improvements to your builds. With instructor help, you can create add-ons, defenses, and upgrades to make robots stronger, tougher, and/or faster. After your adjustments have been made, return to the arena to face-off with other teams’ upgraded bots. Will your new and improved robot dominate the competition?Learn While Having a Great Time.Camp is packed with tons of excitement, competitions, and fun. Getting experience building, experimenting, and coding makes camp a great educational experience too. Learn physics concepts such as force and gear ratios, and explore pre-programming so your robot can be automated during maze-like competitions.This camp is great for campers of all experience levels, including campers who have previous experience with LEGO Robotics. Additional, non LEGO robots may be added into the camp experience to supplement camp activities.
