Learn the basics of genealogy research and start documenting your family tree! This class will teach you how to get started and the importance of "vital records." The class will introduce several "lineage societies," groups which require an ancestral tie for membership, and will dive into one of these, the Daughters of the American Revolution. Prework will be sent to class registrants to enable building the first stages of their family trees.
