We are a group of parent volunteers with a love for Hindi language, united by a desire to teach it to young children as a tool to expand their understanding and knowledge of Indian norms and culture, help bridge inter-generational communication gap with elderly family members, and develop bilingual skills.
This course continues to focus on the building blocks of reading, writing, and conversational Hindi, and builds on the material covered during Beginner Level 1. Spanning three quarters, the course is offered in a fun, interactive environment using engaging materials and a mix of social/cultural activities that invoke the traditions and ethos of the Indian subcontinent.
Material Fee: One time fee of $50 is due to the Instructor on the first of class. Checks are payable to the Indian Community Center (ICC).
