Tot Time

Join our Tot Time at the Millbrae Recreation Center! Toddlers and their family members or caregivers are welcome to enjoy this child-friendly play zone. Equipment provided is designed to develop gross motor skills and includes various play equipment. This pilot program requires adult supervision, as it is unstructured and not overseen by Recreation Staff.

FAQ's

• My Participant is signed up for the month, but we are unable to attend one of the weeks. Are we able to "make-up" class in a different month?
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any make-ups. Since this is a pay-by-month, and drop-in program, we cannot guarantee there is room to make-up in an earlier or later month. We do not pro-rate for this program either. We thank the public for their understanding.
• Tot Time registration is full, but we would still like to sign up. Are we able to still register since the room is not currently full to maximum capacity?
• Tot Time is a drop-in program, taking place for two hours every Friday. Since participants pay by the month, and drop-in throughout that two hour period, we do set a limit of 22 participants in the event that all participants show up at the same time, on the same day. Even though the room may look like there is space still available, we want to ensure that all of our participants can show up at any time during Tot Time and participate. If all of our participants and their caregivers show up at the same time, it is a full room, with most, if not all, equipment in use. We encourage you to sign up for the next month with free slots.
• I signed my child up for Tot Time, can I bring a friend or other child(ren) free of charge?
• Unfortunately, the price of Tot Time covers 1 youth participant, ages 0-5. Please enroll for the amount of children you are bringing to this program. We have a Recreation Staff member in the Tot Time room to take attendance to this program, and all participants need to be listed as a paid participant prior to entering the room. We ask all participants pay and sign our liability waiver prior to participating in Tot Time.
