Teen Art: Muertitos and Groundbreaking Artists

Dates: Tuesdays, Oct. 29 - Nov. 19
Time: 4-6 p.m.
Location: The View Teen Center - 263 Escuela Avenue

Unleash your inner artist at The View Teen Center with the Community School of Music and Arts! In this class, teens will explore artists across the world who had a groundbreaking impact on the creation of a cultural revolution. Art created will be in the cultural style of the groundbreaking artist, i.e. José Guadalupe Posada will have Dia de Los Muertos inspired works, or Andy Warhol's pop art etc.


What to expect:
  • A positive, supportive, pressure-free environment
  • Faculty of accomplished professional artists and arts educators
  • Community of like-minded teens
  • All levels welcome, from beginners to experienced artists
  • Small group size to allow for personalized instruction
