Ukulele enthusiasts often ask me how they can play the ukulele if they don’t sing. It’s a very good question! Often the songs we play while singing do not include the melody. The solution to this dilemma is "Solo Ukulele." This approach has you playing the melody and the chords at the same time. (Actually, it’s somewhat of an illusion.) Join us and learn the tricks to this style of playing. We will focus on one to two songs and take it step-by-step. To get the most out of the class, we recommend that you are proficient at playing 10-12 basic chords.

Please note: You must provide your own ukulele. If you need help in finding one to purchase, please contact the instructor.

Gordon Lustig is an experienced teacher with a deep understanding of the many facets of music. His classes are educational, interactive, and fun. With Gordon, ukulele learning is in very good hands!
