A 55 minute class for children with beginning level gymnastics experience. No prior experience required. Classes focus on foundational gymnastics skills, physical fitness, movement confidence, and fun! While gymnastics is the primary focus of the class, attention is placed on skills needed for school and overall sports preparedness. This class will provide your child with lots of opportunities to run, jump, spin, climb and go upside down.

In Green Stars, your child will learn:

forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands
basic bar skills such as front support, forward roll dismount and casting
balance positions and basic walks on beam
trampoline safety

No Classes: Monday, November 11 (Veteran's Day), Friday, November 15 through Saturday, November 16 (Novato Fall Classic Meet) or Monday, November 25 through Saturday, November 30 (Thanksgiving Week).
