An advanced-beginner level class for students who have developed a strong foundation of strength and flexibility, have demonstrated attentiveness to coaching, and are prepared to build upon their basic gymnastics skills. *This class is by invitation only. Consistent enrollment required to maintain eligibility.
In Green Comets, your child will learn:
- handstands, cartwheels, forward/backward rolls, tripods and bridges
- basic bar skills such as pullovers, casting and inverted hollow-holds
- basic dance positions and introductory handstand progressions on beam
- trampoline safety
