An advanced-beginner level class for students who have developed a strong foundation of strength and flexibility, have demonstrated attentiveness to coaching, and are prepared to build upon their basic gymnastics skills. *This class is by invitation only. Consistent enrollment required to maintain eligibility.

In Orange Comets, your child will learn:
  • handstands, cartwheels, forward/backward rolls, tripods and bridges
  • basic bar skills such as pullovers, casting and inverted hollow-holds
  • basic dance positions and introductory handstand progressions on beam
  • trampoline safety

No Classes: Monday, November 11 (Veteran's Day) or Monday, November 25 through Saturday, November 30 (Thanksgiving Week).
