Novato Gymnastics offers a Girls Competitive Team Program, beginning at Level 3, following the USA Gymnastics Women's Development Program. Coaches follow a clear and consistent development plan that emphasizes safety, proper skill progressions, and strength and flexibility acquisition. Goals include fostering a love for the sport of gymnastics, physical and psychological developmental in preparation for competition, a strong sense of team and sportsmanship, self-confidence, and leadership.
Fun Fridays are optional additional practice days for Novato Gymnastics Team Members.
