Join our amazing Gymnastics Staff for movement education, gymnastics instruction and fun! In this structured class, your child will get to run, jump, roll, climb, balance, spin and go upside down. This class promotes improved gross motor skill development and movement confidence. In addition, our teachers emphasize social skills like following the group plan, taking turns, listening when the teacher is talking and following directions.

Curriculum Includes:
  • locomotor skills (i.e. running, jumping, crawling, marching, climbing, galloping and skipping)
  • progressions for forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands
  • basic bar skills such as a front support, forward roll dismount and spider/koala hangs
  • trampoline safety

No Classes: Monday, November 11 (Veteran's Day) or Monday, November 25 through Saturday, November 30 (Thanksgiving Week).
