DefensePro Taekwondo is offered for participants ages 7 years old to adult.
In this 3-week class we will discuss ways that you can reduce the likelihood of being targeted, de-escalation, and learning/practicing techniques to defend yourself if you are involved in a physical confrontation. One session tailored for kids ages 7-12, another for teens/adults (age 12+). Uniforms sold on site by instructor.
All participants will be expected to follow all Marin County Health & Human Services Guidelines posted onsite. For more information about current guidelines please email [email protected].
Instructor John Wyek is a 5th degree black belt who started teaching martial arts in San Diego in 1988 and has been teaching in Marin County for over 10 years. He has competed in state, national and international tournaments, and is a 7-time Champion.
