A 45 minute class for three-year olds. In this class, your child will run, jump, climb and roll. Classes promote gross motor skill development and movement confidence. Our teachers emphasize social skills like following the group plan, taking turns, listening when the teacher is talking and following directions.
Curriculum Includes:
- locomotor skills (i.e. running, jumping, crawling, marching, climbing, galloping and skipping)
- progressions for forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands
- basic bar skills such as a front support, forward roll dismount and spider/koala hangs
- trampoline safety
