Be aware of your surroundings, avoid trouble, if you get into trouble – get out of it, if you can’t get out of trouble – get out of it anyway!

Traditional Okinawan Karate-do, Wado Ki Kai (style) means “to learn from all things.” Students of all strength and experience levels learn Karate.  Students are taught the importance of respect and self-discipline, challenging their bodies and minds.  This is a comprehensive program that deals with “street” awareness, avoiding strangers, and self-defense.

You are welcome to sit in on class for a week to see if it is a good fit.

Sensei Larry Wadford has trained and taught Karate for over 20 years.

No class on 1/4-1/11 & 1/20.
