Wrestling is the world’s oldest and most natural sport, and a lot of fun too! Learn the basics of wrestling to build strength, agility, balance and coordination. Learn critical life skills such as self-defense and resilience while building self-confidence and mental toughness. Practices will focus on technique, attacks, defense, and counter-offense through drills, games and live wrestling. Students should bring wrestling shoes, water and a positive attitude. Practices will be for one hour, three days a week. Beginning wrestlers will practice from 6:00–7:00 pm; more advanced from 7:00–8:15 pm. Schedules are to be determined. USA Wrestling Card included in purchase.
