In this workshop, families and friends will be introduced to sgraffito- a decorative technique where color is applied to clay and carved away, allowing for creating patterns and illustrations on the surface. All tools and supplies will be provided. By the end of this workshop, participants will have finished and fired ceramics pieces from various projects meant to celebrate the winter season! These items are perfect for gifts or seasonal keepsakes. These workshops are open to anybody from 6 to 100. All youth must be accompanied by at least one adult in their participating party.
