Get out the kinks and build up your strength in this class designed for Seniors of all fitness levels. Work on flexibility, toning, core, balance and agility; practice small muscle and mind-body routines.
Seated and standing exercises. Optional use of weights and bands to increase fitness benefits. (bring your own weights & bands)
