Karate Do - Bo Class

***Pre-Requisite: Purple Belt or Instructor’s Approval***
Do not register for this class until you order a bo from the instructor

This class will focus on the “king” of Okinawan weapons, the bo/staff. This weapon complements the style of karate being taught here at the Winslow Center. We will focus on basics, partner drills, kata applications, and kata. Furthermore, the learning of bo kata opens up the weapons category for our students to compete in at tournaments we attend. Due to spacing, registration will be limited.
