Pre-requisite: Blue Belt
Intermediate students may begin at blue belt or instructor's recommendation. These classes will introduce sparring drills and free sparring. Protective sparring gear will be available for purchase through the instructor. This program will continue to build strength, balance, and coordination through fun action-packed activities. Recommendation: Taking 2 classes a week (Mondays & Thursdays).
Karate uniform (Dogi) will be available for purchase before and after class for $40.
