Stretch and strengthen your body and mind with gentle therapeutic Pilates movements and sequences to help improve balance and coordination, build core strength and maintain muscle tone. Breathing exercises calm the mind, alleviate stress and anxiety and increase mobility and range of motion. Bring light weights, a pillow case and water. All levels welcome.

Instructor: Alison Klippel - Certified instructor in Barre, Pilates, Weight Training, Zumba and Group X.
