Ultimate Frisbee is a safe, engaging sport that teaches skills transferable to any team your child may join. Led by the staff of Oakland Spiders, a professional ultimate frisbee team, each day in class we will learn throwing, catching, and the fundamental X's and O's. We emphasize Spirit of the Game, developing social-emotional skills and skills to help players thrive on any team. Have a blast playing with your friends!
