VOENA, award-winning world-renowned Benicia based children's choir has performed in The White House, Carnegie Hall, Abu Dhabi, Grand Ole Opry, Europe, and theaters throughout the Bay Area. With engaging charisma, Macayla brings her array of multi-cultural world music, rhythm & drumming work, choreography, and solo technique. VOENA has unique programming that uses what Founder/Director, Annabelle Marie, calls “physical singing”, whereby the whole body is engaged in singing to allow the body to be the instrument of the voice for fuller expression and emotional connection. Learn College Prep Theory of Solfege, VOENA classic songs, and Drumming (bring your own drum of any kind or bucket). The week ends with a recital for family and friends.
