Bakers Boot Camp - California Cuisine

Bakers Boot Camp is designed to give young bakers a gradual build of core skills to be confident bakers. Students may enter with any level of skill and will leave with a working knowledge of important baking processes and confidence that only time and experience can give them. If perfecting the art of baking is your mission, join us for this camp! After lunch we will transition into recipes that celebrate the sun-kissed cuisine of California. With a focus on fresh flavors, hands-on techniques and presentation you’ll work together to prepare exciting new recipes you can share with the whole family that originated right here in sunny California! A $100 materials fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp.
