Advanced Swim - Level 5, 6, 7 - BGP

This class is for children entering level 5, 6 or 7. Continues refinement of front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke and butterfly. Includes alternate breathing, swimming underwater, deep-water bobbing, turns at the wall, diving safety, alternative kicks for treading water, approach stroke, incorporating swim skills and activities into lifetime fitness, conditioning principles and in water rescue techniques. This session has 7 classes, there is no class on Monday January 20th.
