Swimming Academy - Level 1 - Under 8

Swimmers who maybe have not been on a team or have limited competitive experience. Level 1 swimmers can swim a 1/2 lap of Freestyle and backstroke, know the basics of butterfly and breaststroke but typically need work on all the strokes and maybe need to be taught Butterfly or breaststroke. This group is typically under 8 years of age. If swimmers have not been on a team, they have already achieved a high level in lessons and can swim in deep water without any assistance.
