Swimming - Level 3 - Kriskovich Academy

Swimmers who have been on a swim team at least 1 season and are 10 + years old. They can do multiple laps of freestyle, Backstroke as well as a full lap of Butterfly and Breaststroke. For instance; if they are 10 or 11 and have only 1 year of swim team experience, perhaps they would benefit more in Level 2. The focus will be on improving stroke technique, not necessarily teaching the stroke in this level. We will do Turns for every stroke as well as all the IM turns. Diving and underwater work will be taught and improved. Finishes in every stroke will be taught, if needed, and practiced. All drills for every stroke will be taught and/or improved upon and we will do all of this in well paced sets with a lot of repetitions on the skill set we will work on that day.
