Join us for an engaging and educational experience as we delve into the fascinating world of Monarch butterflies! With these beautiful creatures soon to be listed as federally protected under the Endangered Species Act, our program aims to raise awareness and foster appreciation for their unique migration patterns and the challenges they face. Learn about the lifecycle, migration, and incredible journey of the Monarch butterflies. Explore this local overwintering sites with our expert naturalist guide and witness the butterflies in their natural habitat. We will start with a talk about the Monarchs and their mysterious migration, and then we will take a short walk on paved paths to reach the Monarch viewing area. Registration is required.
